RASMED NYC is a multi-location medical practice serving Brooklyn and Valley Stream, New York. Despite a strong clinical reputation, the practice was losing patients to digitally-savvy competitors offering online booking and virtual consultations. Administrative staff managed appointments manually, leading to double-bookings, high no-show rates, and significant overhead. The existing website was static and offered no patient self-service capabilities.
