Contributor Terms

1. Eligibility

Contributors must be at least 18 years of age and must have a verified eWorld Technologies account. You are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Content Ownership & License

You retain copyright to your original content. By submitting, you grant eWorld Technologies a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content across our website, newsletter, and social channels.

You confirm that your content is original, has not been published elsewhere in substantially similar form, and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Editorial Standards

• All articles must be a minimum of 1,500 words and provide genuine educational value.
• Content must be factually accurate and include properly cited sources where applicable.
• We do not accept AI-generated articles or plagiarised content. Submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools.
• eWorld Technologies reserves the right to edit, format, or correct submissions for style, grammar, and SEO without altering meaning.
• We may decline any submission that does not meet our editorial standards without obligation to explain our decision.

4. Sponsored & Paid Content

All sponsored posts must be clearly labelled "Sponsored" in accordance with FTC disclosure guidelines (16 C.F.R. Part 255). Failure to disclose paid partnerships is a breach of these terms and applicable law.

• Guest Post ($50): Guaranteed placement within 48 hours of editorial approval. Up to 2 do-follow links.
• Sponsored Post ($150): Includes sponsored label, unlimited links, homepage featured placement for 30 days, and newsletter promotion.

Payment must be made prior to publication. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. Payment proof must be uploaded through your contributor dashboard.

5. Payment Verification

Upon submission of payment proof, our team will verify the transaction within 24 hours. Publication is triggered only after successful payment verification. Refunds are not available once your article has been published.

6. Link Policy

• Free articles: Maximum 1 do-follow link to your website.
• Guest posts: Maximum 2 do-follow links. These must be relevant and add value to the reader.
• All links are subject to editorial review and may be removed if deemed promotional or off-topic.
• We do not permit links to adult, gambling, pharmaceutical, payday loan, or other restricted categories.

7. Author Bio

You may include a short author bio (max 100 words) and a headshot. The bio must be factually accurate and may not contain promotional claims. Links within the bio count toward your link allowance.

8. Takedown Policy

We reserve the right to remove any published content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms, applicable law, or our editorial values. No refunds will be issued for removed paid content where the violation is the contributor's fault.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold eWorld Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Amendments

eWorld Technologies may update these terms at any time. Continued submission of content after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Check this page regularly for updates.
